Mini Comfort Food Apple Pie

Every year my dad and I make an apple pie together! He makes the brown sugar crumble top, and I do all the hard work of shaving and cutting a dozen apples! It always overflows with cinnamon flavors, and with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream, we're all set for a warm and delicious dessert delight!
