Returns & Exchanges

At Squishable, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
